Welcome to Formora (“Formora”, “we”, “us”). Formora is a fitness coaching and social app that gives you adaptive workouts, meal planning, progress tracking and a community feed. By creating an account or using the app you agree to the terms below.
Formora provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the guidance of a qualified doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Formora.
Be respectful. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to breach the security of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. By posting, you grant Formora a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content within the app so the feature works (for example, showing your post to your crew). You can delete your content at any time.
Audio tracks offered in the app are royalty-free and provided for use within Formora posts only. Do not extract or redistribute them separately.
Formora is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes related to your training, nutrition or health. Please re-read the health disclaimer above.
To run the app — build your personalised plan, sync your data across devices, power the community feed, process upgrades, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
On your device (local storage) and with our cloud provider Supabase. Payments are handled by our payment providers Razorpay (UPI/cards, India) and Lemon Squeezy (cards/PayPal, global); we never see or store your full card details. Region/currency lookups use ipapi.co and open.er-api.com.
You can edit your profile, delete individual posts, and delete your logged data from within the app. To delete your whole account and associated data, use the account controls in the app or contact us. Where the law gives you rights (e.g. GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, CCPA) to access, correct or erase your data, we will honour them.
Formora is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Formora offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Elite). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment providers until you cancel.
